“I started at TTAF in 2008 in the GAP team, and have been looking after some of the most challenging customers. My experiences with LDP as well the members who attended the LDP with me was enlightening, challenging and helped me grow. LDP has taught me many different things, such as how a value system and common goal is so important in a business, as this gives each employee direction. I have also learnt about how to deal with and understand people. My main highlight would be that I have become more self aware, I have learnt so much about myself and have been given the tools to always re evaluate who you are, what you do and how you do it."
